Shipping & Delivery
Each A&D Jewellers piece is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for your piece to be crafted and prepared for shipment. Production timing may vary depending on the piece and its configuration.
Complimentary standard shipping is available across Canada and the U.S. Express shipping, where available, applies to transit time only and does not shorten the production period. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Returns
As each A&D Jewellers piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing selected at checkout. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right. Custom and personalized pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
